Technical Description
Lotus Flower consists of two distinct parts, the LEAF and the FLOWER, with a combined weight of approximately 60 kg
Leaf Composition
The lower internal padding is made of 45 cm thick closed-cell PE (closed-cell polyethylene foam) with UV treatment and a water absorption of 0.01 g/cm³
The upper internal padding is made of 5 cm thick open-cell PU (open-cell polyurethane foam)
The upper external cover is made with a green vinyl coating
The lower external cover (under the sofa) is a draining cover made of polyester mesh coated with PVC, to which a polyester perimeter zipper is sewn for padding insertion and cover closure
There are 2 side handles fixed to an internal structure made of Okoumé plywood (marine-grade)
Flower Composition
The internal padding of the petals consists of 2 cm thick closed-cell PE (closed-cell polyethylene foam) with the same characteristics as the one used for the leaf.
The internal padding of the pistil consists of 15 cm thick closed-cell PE (closed-cell polyethylene foam).
The external covering of the petals and pistil is made with a vinyl coating in pink, white, and yellow
